I’ve been riding for about 7 years now and have always put off getting a legit bike fit, thinking I could figure it out on my own. I was able to get things fairly close and figured that was good. Ryan did a fit for me before my first century ride and I was able to notice an immediate difference! On past rides I’d get done and feel stiff in my knees, but after 100 miles I felt totally fine. It made a difference in the amount of power I was able to generate throughout my ride, I felt comfortable the entire ride, and could still walk when I got finished. Ryan’s background as a PT shined through as he explained why different adjustments would give me more power and comfort and worked around my personal needs from previous injuries. I’m recommending Ryan to anyone needing a well-done bike fit.

I had Ryan work with my son after a shoulder separation due to a football injury. I was impressed with Ryan’s knowledge, and ability to connect with my son on a level where he understood the injury, the rationale to the exercises he was given, and the way Ryan explained the exercises themselves. 
 My son’s recovery to 100% was faster than we expected and with diligence in performing the exercises that Ryan continued to tailor to my son's ability as he healed, the recovery was indeed faster than we were told from his doctors.
